Overview

Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Rights Civil Proceedings)

Genevieve has been attending County Court hearings since being called to the Bar in 2005. She subsequently cross qualified to be admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 2011. In 2013 Genevieve went on to obtain her Higher Rights of Audience for Civil Proceedings.

Genevieve has attended over 5,000 hearings and has considerable experience in dealing with a variety of matters ranging from Small Claims to contentious possession claims for major financial institutions. Genevieve is regularly instructed to attend disposals hearings in and out of the Ministry of Justice Portal and regularly provides written advices for instructing solicitors.
