Clare was called to the Bar in 2006 and cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2010, obtaining Higher Rights of Audience in 2019 in Civil Proceedings. 

With over 16 years’ experience working in civil and commercial litigation Clare has attended over 8,000 hearings in the High Court and County Courts across England and Wales.  Having previously worked in Banking Litigation for a national law firm Clare brings notable experience of acting for banks and financial institutions in relation to their secured and unsecured lending.  Clare regularly accepts instructions in cases involving lender services, personal injury, company and individual insolvency, and property and housing disputes.

When she is not in court Clare enjoys planning and hosting community events, home renovating and cooking with her son.
