Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Rights Civil Proceedings)

Kate completed her training contract at a law firm recognised in the Legal500, where she gained a wealth of experience predominately in personal injury and costs. She was published in PI Focus Magazine with article "Beyond the Portal" in July 2016.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) in 2018, Kate has focussed her practice on advocacy and regularly attends court representing clients at a variety of civil hearings across the Northern Circuit.

Kate also specialises in representing banks and creditors defended claims of mis-sold PPI, both at Dispute Resolution Hearings and Final Trial Stage.
